The track features fellow up and coming Toronto R&B sensation Ben Stevenson and is produced by Pyramid, who also adds a verse. The video, directed by Curio Marty and LIGHT & HEVVY, paints a dark yet beautiful tale of a girl trapped in a drug induced fantasy of herself while losing grips on reality.

The song, which premiered on RapGenius, is produced by fellow Toronto producer & Pyramid’s frequent collaborator, Rich Kidd and shows off 4th’s lyrical dexterity over a heavy-hitting guitar track with backing vocals by Ben Stevenson.

“Friday Nights” is the first video from 4th Pyramid’s upcoming EP The Sky Belongs To The Stars. The track was produced by Grandtheft and the video directed by Silk Ivory.
The video draws back the curtains on the adventures (and misadventures) of 4th Pyramid & Grandtheft as they roll through an eventful Friday night in the big city. We follow them on various escapades toasting to the good life alongside a host of colorful characters including Killer Mike, The Beatnuts, Tha Alkaholiks, Rich Kidd & more.

4th Pyramid produced and is featured on the remix for Roc Marciano’s “Boss Material.” The track is available on iTunes and will be released on a limited edition 12″ in late December.

“Feel It In My Bones” is the latest video from 4th Pyramid’s Pyramid Scheme that was released earlier this year. Marco Polo produced the track while Johnny Nghiem directed the video.
“This song is based on a true story of me breaking my hip in a nasty little accident,” explains Pyramid, who opens the track by rapping, “I’m so hip-hop/ My hip popped/ Shattered into pieces when I hit it on the block.” The accident is a few years old, says Pyramid, and for a while it had just been a matter of finding the right instrumental. “When Marco Polo send me the beat,” he recalls, “I pretty much knew right away that it was perfect for my story.”
A little late on getting this posted (thought I had done so already), but here is another unreleased bonus track from 4th Pyramid’s album, The Pyramid Scheme. “Vinnie Chase” was produced by Rich Kidd. 4th Pyramid will be opening for Talib Kweli tonight at Sound Academy.
