More or Les releases Bigger On The Inside mixtape

More or Les recently released a collection of songs about Dr. Who to celebrate the 50th anniversary of television’s longest running sci-fi series. Bigger On The Inside: A Time Traveler’s Mixtape is available for free through More or Les’ Bandcamp page (link below).

With five critically-acclaimed releases, international touring under his belt, over a decade of performances and a feature on the latest album of UK Hip Hop band The Herbaliser, MC, Producer & DJ More Or Les is a Hip Hop triple threat. Les’ latest release is a themed, fan fiction dedication to Doctor Who titled Bigger On The Inside: A Time Traveller’s Mix Tape available for FREE online. A fan of Doctor Who since he was a child, More Or Les created songs inspired by the Time Traveller and his adventures in time for the 50th Anniversary of the show. Joining him on a musical journey through Time and Space are fellow emcees and long-time collaborators Ghettosocks and The Wordburglar, Canadian up-and-coming producers MisterE and Paul Chin, and UK Nerdcore producer Milk-Plus.

Terrell Morris enlists his fellow CReW member DillanPonders for the Holyday produced track, named after the Gotham producer for his unique and eerie sound. This song was one of the gems that did not make the final tracklist for Terrell’s upcoming project ‘On Y Va’, to be released late this year.

Swamp Thing releases Firedogs LP

Swamp Thing (Timbuktu, Chokeules and Savilion) returns with their sophomore album, Firedogs. D-Sisive, Adam Bomb, Ghettosocks and Wordburglar all make appearances on the album, with Ghettosocks creating the artwork as well.

Swamp Thing combines the trio’s experience as Savilion and Timbuktu create party soundtracks and soundsapes on which the three emcees rap about topics ranging from horror and sci-fi to wild nights and life on the road. At the end of the day, Swamp Thing is all about banging beats, hard rhymes, and melting faces off with rap. Stay tuned.

“God Willing” is the self-produced first single off of Charley Moon’s upcoming Art Over Everything EP, which is set for a release in Spring 2014.

With a drawn out horn sample and trap percussion which transitions into an old school drum loop, Charley uses these elements as a backdrop for his socially conscious and braggadocios lyrics; lyrics that not only provoke the thoughts of the listener, but ignite the flame of that inner rebel inside us all.
