“From The Soul” is the latest track released by J Shiltz from his upcoming Still Standing LP, which is set to drop on May 9th.
In the latest release from “Still Standing” Shiltz teams up with Junia-T of the Smash Brovaz for “From The Soul”. This joint features the Sauga City representatives waxing philosophic on what it is to be a real MC. The Juno award winning Relic provides both the soundscape and cuts for “From The Soul”. “Still Standing” will be available for free download on May 9th.

Inferiority Complex is a new mixtape put out by the people over at TOgetherHipHop and DJ Saf. The 40 minute mix includes tracks from Smash Brovaz, Rich Kidd, Luu Breeze, Reema Major, Raz Fresco, Big Page and Drake, among others.
Crossword recently released his new EP, Different Light. The project features appearances from Fundamental, David Delisca, Symmetry and fellow Vibonics bandmates Alfred Chow and Tacha. Production is handled by Justunlimited, Junia-T, Fresh Kils and LEF7Y.

Crossword released the first single from his upcoming Different Light EP last month, now he’s released the video. The project is set for release on March 21st.
Directed by Mike Charal, the video captures Crossword on an attempt to seduce a pretty woman at a bar, simply following up the conversation with the age-old question “What U Wanna Do?” Over the Junia-T (of the Smash Brovaz) produced beat, Crossword uses humor and wit to dig a groove that allows listeners to feel the song in its entirety.
“What U Wanna Do” is the first single from Crossword’s upcoming Different Light EP, which is set for release on March 21st.
After making waves with his eclectic indie-rock and hip-hop funk 6-piece band Vibonics and touring both Canada and the U.S., Toronto rapper Crossword is ready to pave the way for his brand new solo EP Different Light. Leading his music with alternative content, intelligent lyricism, witty wordplay and passionate deliveries, Crossword’s mission is to move music beyond mediocrity.
The first single off the forthcoming Different Light EP is the laid-back, storytelling track “What U Wanna Do.” Produced by Junia-T of the Smash Brovaz, Crossword takes us on the journey of meeting a girl and the chapters that ensue thereafter, starting with the simple question of “What U Wanna Do?” Using humor and wit to compliment the carefree beat, Crossword digs a groove that allows listeners to feel the song in its entirety.

Junia-T and CROOKLiN, together known as Smash Brovaz, have released their debut album, Think It’s A Game?, digitally through DJBooth.net. The LP features production from Junia-T as well as contributions from Big Pops, Intricate Sound, Like (of Pac Div) and Slakah the Beatchild. Guest appearances are made by Rich Kidd, Diz Gibran, Yancy Deron and Richie Sosa.
